Yin Yoga For All

Yin Yoga is a great complement to a more dynamic Hatha Yoga practice. This slow-moving, deep stretching and meditative class targets the connective tissue (fascia) of the hips, pelvis and lower spine, to improve energy circulation.

Make sure to prepare the props you might need, such as blankets, cushions, bolsters.
